I have no idea how or why it began, I simply desire it to stop. The previous couple months, I've begun to receive notifications about random friends' activity on Facebook "How To Stop Notifications On Facebook". It states something like, "Brenda published a picture," to which I'm scratching my head questioning, "and why do I care what Brenda who I knew in Fifth grade and haven't seen given that did?" Apparently, I'm not the only one all of a sudden getting notifications from random good friends. So let's figure out the best ways to stop this! - Open the Facebook app on your iPhone, and go to the profile of the good friend you don't desire to get notices for.
- Tap on Good friend.
- Tap Edit Pal Notes.
- Select Acquaintances.
- Tap Done.
- Open the Facebook app on your iPhone.
- Tap the icon in the lower right corner that looks like 3 horizontal lines.
- Scroll down to the bottom and choose Settings.
- Tap Account Settings.
