1. Click the Events tab (it's next to the Members tab beneath the member photos).
This takes you to the group's Occasion Calendar, which displays any upcoming group occasions.
2. Click the Create Event button.
This opens the Produce New Occasion pop-up window.
3. Fill out the event information.
This includes the occasion's name, location, date, and time.
