Facebook Quizzes App

Test Planet is a Facebook app that lets you make your own tests. When produced, you can publish the test to your Facebook wall so that your pals and household can quickly address your quiz concerns. You can also make your test publicly offered so that any Facebook user can address it, "Facebook Quizzes App".

Facebook Quizzes App

ACTION 1: Login to your Facebook account. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the Applications tab in the lower left corner. On the menu that turns up, click Browse More Applications at the bottom.

ACTION 2: On the page of apps, there's a Search Apps box near the upper left corner. Use that package to search for the app Test Creator. I chose Test Developer due to the fact that it's simple to figure out and has fewer steps than a few of the other test developers.

ACTION 3: Click the Test Creator application. On the next page that appears, click the button Go To Application in the upper left corner. Another page will appear to ask you to enable the application to access your personal information. Click Enable. Finally, you'll get to the page where you begin creating the quiz.

ACTION 4: On the very first page, you'll be asked to go into some standard information about your quiz. Follow the triggers and enter your quiz name-- for instance, "What sort of pet are you?" Complete a brief description of the test. Submit an image from your computer system to show your test.

ACTION 5: Enter the outcomes of your test-- golden retriever, Labrador retriever, German shepherd, French bulldog-- as well as the descriptions the test taker will see in addition to their results. Follow the triggers to publish an image to accompany each result.

ACTION 6: Get in the questions for your test, and set the responses with the desired outcome. For instance:

Questions: Exactly what is your preferred food?
Response: Anything-- Labrador retriever
Response: Caviar-- poodle
Answer: Steak-- German shepherd
Answer: Kibble-- golden retriever

ACTION 7: Click Next. This takes you to a page with a huge button: Install the Developer App. That pops open a new page. Click Permit. This is where the going gets challenging. Facebook requires great deals of clicks to produce the actual test application.

ACTION 8: Return to the previous page, where there's another giant button: YES, I have the Developer App. Click that.

ACTION 9: Take a deep breath. Exhale. You're going to have to follow a bunch of guidelines to turn up a lot of windows. Some of them will direct you to yet other windows. The objective is to get some long, gibberish-to-you but important-to-the-computer text strings from one window, and paste them into another. Why do you even need to do that? I have no idea.

Facebook isn't really the best at interface, and it suffers as a result. Lots of people will desert the process here rather than hang in there. You're a Gadgetwise reader, however, so make me proud and curse this multi-window authentication procedure even as you finish it. However after a half lots windows with instructions written by a software designer, asking you to please be patient type this into that window, you'll all of a sudden have a page with your quiz showed on it.

ACTION 10: The last step in the quiz production process needs you to invite several Facebook friends to try your quiz. Now you know why you get so many of them.
