Facebook can send you notices by means of email or text for practically every possible interaction on its site. The alerts can inform you if you have actually got a new message, were discussed in a post, tagged in a picture or talk about your wall; among other things. You'll also see these interactions when you log in to Facebook. If you wish to remove particular notifications, you can decide out by modifying your alert settings. Pop-up alerts that appear while you're logged in can be erased immediately , Clear Notifications Facebook.
1. Open the Facebook app. It's the white "F" on a blue background icon. If you're logged in, doing so will open your News Feed.
2. Tap the world icon. It's at the top of the screen. Doing so will open your recent alerts.
3. Tap and hold a notification. You need to see a context menu with Hide notification turn up after about a 2nd.
4. Tap Hide notice. Doing so will get rid of the notice from your current notifications menu and the activity log.

You can repeat this procedure for each notification you wish to clear.

4. Click the "..." button. You'll see this in the top right corner of the individual notification's box.
5. Click Hide this notice. It's on the best side of the screen. Doing so will immediately eliminate the notification from the world icon menu and prevent it from appearing once again when you open the Current Alerts menu later on. On the Mobile App (Android).

- If you aren't currently logged into Facebook, type in your e-mail address (or contact number) and password and tap Log In.
2. Tap the world icon. It's at the top of the screen. Doing so will open your recent alerts.
