Facebook Quizes

Quiz Planet is a Facebook app that lets you make your very own tests. As soon as developed, you can post the test to your Facebook wall so that your family and friends can easily answer your quiz questions. You can also make your test publicly offered so that any Facebook user can address it, "Facebook Quizes".

Facebook Quizes

ACTION 1: Login to your Facebook account. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the Applications tab in the lower left corner. On the menu that pops up, click Browse More Applications at the bottom.

ACTION 2: On the page of apps, there's a Browse Apps box near the upper left corner. Usage that the box to look for the app Quiz Creator. I picked Quiz Creator since it's basic to figure out and has fewer steps than a few of the other test developers.

ACTION 3: Click the Test Developer application. On the next page that appears, click the button Go To Application in the upper left corner. Another page will appear to ask you to enable the application to access your individual data. Click Enable. Lastly, you'll get to the page where you start developing the quiz.

ACTION 4: On the very first page, you'll be asked to enter some fundamental information about your quiz. Follow the triggers and enter your quiz name-- for instance, "What type of dog are you?" Fill out a short description of the test. Submit a photo from your computer system to highlight your quiz.

ACTION 5: Get in the results of your quiz-- golden retriever, Labrador retriever, German shepherd, French bulldog-- along with the descriptions the test taker will see in addition to their results. Follow the prompts to publish an image to accompany each outcome.

ACTION 6: Get in the concerns for your test, and set the responses with the wanted outcome. For instance:

Questions: What is your favorite food?
Answer: Anything-- Labrador retriever
Answer: Caviar-- poodle
Response: Steak-- German shepherd
Response: Kibble-- golden retriever

ACTION 7: Click Next. This takes you to a page with a huge button: Install the Designer App. That pops open a brand-new page. Click Allow. This is where the going gets challenging. Facebook requires lots of clicks to develop the real test application.

ACTION 8: Go back to the previous page, where there's another huge button: YES, I have the Designer App. Click that.

ACTION 9: Take a deep breath. Exhale. You're going to have to follow a lot of instructions to appear a bunch of windows. A few of them will direct you to yet other windows. The goal is to get some long, gibberish-to-you but important-to-the-computer text strings from one window, and paste them into another. Why do you even need to do that? I do not know.

Facebook isn't the best at user interfaces, and it suffers as a result. Lots of people will abandon the procedure here instead of hang in there. You're a Gadgetwise reader, though, so make me happy and curse this multi-window authentication procedure even as you finish it. However after a half lots windows with guidelines written by a software developer, asking you to please be patient type this into that window, you'll unexpectedly have a page with your quiz showed on it.

ACTION 10: The final step in the quiz development procedure requires you to invite several Facebook good friends to try your quiz. Now you understand why you get many of them.
