I don't understand how or why it began, I just desire it to stop. The past couple months, I've started to get notices about random pals' activity on Facebook "How Do I Stop Facebook Notifications". It states something like, "Brenda posted a picture," to which I'm scratching my head questioning, "and why do I care exactly what Brenda who I knew in 5th grade and haven't seen because did?" Apparently, I'm not the only one unexpectedly getting notices from random good friends. So let's determine ways to stop this! Here's ways to stop getting notifications from random friends on Facebook.

- Open the Facebook app on your iPhone, and go to the profile of the pal you do not wish to get notices for.
- Tap on Buddy.
- Tap Edit Pal Lists.
- Select Acquaintances.
- Tap Done.
- Open the Facebook app on your iPhone.
- Tap the icon in the lower right corner that appears like 3 horizontal lines.
- Scroll down to the bottom and choose Settings.
- Tap Account Settings.
- Select Notifications.
