Test Planet is a Facebook app that lets you make your very own tests. You can likewise make your test openly offered so that any Facebook user can answer it, "Facebook Quizzes".
Facebook Quizzes
ACTION 1: Login to your Facebook account. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the Applications tab in the lower left corner. On the menu that appears, click Browse More Applications at the bottom.
ACTION 2: On the page of apps, there's a Browse Apps box near the upper left corner. Use that the box to look for the app Quiz Developer. I chose Quiz Developer because it's simple to figure out and has less steps than a few of the other test developers.
ACTION 3: Click the Quiz Creator application. On the next page that appears, click the button Go To Application in the upper left corner. Another page will appear to ask you to enable the application to access your individual information. Click Permit. Lastly, you'll get to the page where you start developing the quiz.
ACTION 4: On the very first page, you'll be asked to go into some fundamental information about your test. Follow the prompts and enter your quiz name-- for example, "Exactly what kind of pet are you?" Fill in a brief description of the test. Upload a picture from your computer to highlight your quiz.
ACTION 5: Go into the outcomes of your test-- golden retriever, Labrador retriever, German shepherd, French bulldog-- as well as the descriptions the quiz taker will see along with their results. Follow the triggers to publish a picture to accompany each result.
ACTION 6: Go into the questions for your quiz, and pair the answers with the desired result. For example:
Questions: What is your favorite food?
Answer: Anything-- Labrador retriever
Answer: Caviar-- poodle
Response: Steak-- German shepherd
Response: Kibble-- golden retriever
ACTION 7: Click Next. This takes you to a page with a giant button: Set up the Designer App. That pops open a new page. Click Allow. This is where the going gets challenging. Facebook needs lots of clicks to create the real quiz application.
ACTION 8: Return to the previous page, where there's another giant button: YES, I have the Developer App. Click that.
ACTION 9: Take a deep breath. Exhale. You're going to have to follow a lot of guidelines to turn up a lot of windows. A few of them will direct you to yet other windows. The objective is to obtain some long, gibberish-to-you however important-to-the-computer text strings from one window, and paste them into another. Why do you even need to do that? I have no idea.
Facebook isn't the greatest at user interfaces, and it suffers as a result. Lots of people will desert the procedure here rather than hang in there. You're a Gadgetwise reader, though, so make me proud and curse this multi-window authentication process even as you complete it. But after a half lots windows with directions composed by a software application developer, asking you to please be patient type this into that window, you'll all of a sudden have a page with your quiz showed on it.
ACTION 10: The last action in the test production procedure requires you to invite several Facebook friends to attempt your test. Now you know why you get numerous of them.
