Popular Quizzes On Facebook
ACTION 1: Login to your Facebook account. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the Applications tab in the lower left corner. On the menu that turns up, click Browse More Applications at the bottom.
ACTION 2: On the page of apps, there's a Browse Apps box near the upper left corner. Usage that the box to look for the app Quiz Developer. I selected Test Developer due to the fact that it's basic to figure out and has less steps than some of the other quiz creators.
ACTION 3: Click the Quiz Developer application. On the next page that appears, click the button Go To Application in the upper left corner. Another page will appear to ask you to enable the application to access your individual data. Click Allow. Finally, you'll get to the page where you start creating the quiz.
ACTION 4: On the very first page, you'll be asked to enter some fundamental information about your test. Follow the prompts and enter your quiz name-- for instance, "Exactly what type of pet dog are you?" Complete a brief description of the test. Publish an image from your computer to illustrate your test.
ACTION 5: Go into the outcomes of your test-- golden retriever, Labrador retriever, German shepherd, French bulldog-- in addition to the descriptions the quiz taker will see along with their outcomes. Follow the triggers to submit a photo to accompany each outcome.
ACTION 6: Enter the questions for your quiz, and pair the responses with the preferred outcome. For example:
Questions: What is your preferred food?
Response: Anything-- Labrador retriever
Response: Caviar-- poodle
Response: Steak-- German shepherd
Response: Kibble-- golden retriever
ACTION 7: Click Next. This takes you to a page with a huge button: Set up the Developer App. That pops open a brand-new page. Click Enable. This is where the going gets tricky. Facebook requires great deals of clicks to develop the actual quiz application.
ACTION 8: Go back to the previous page, where there's another huge button: YES, I have the Developer App. Click that.
ACTION 9: Take a deep breath. Exhale. You're going to have to follow a lot of guidelines to pop up a bunch of windows. A few of them will direct you to yet other windows. The goal is to get some long, gibberish-to-you however important-to-the-computer text strings from one window, and paste them into another. Why do you even need to do that? I do not know.
Facebook isn't the greatest at interface, and it suffers as an outcome. Lots of individuals will desert the process here instead of hang in there. You're a Gadgetwise reader, however, so make me proud and curse this multi-window authentication process even as you finish it. But after a half lots windows with guidelines composed by a software application developer, asking you to please be patient type this into that window, you'll unexpectedly have a page with your quiz displayed on it.
ACTION 10: The final step in the test development procedure requires you to welcome one or more Facebook pals to try your test. Now you understand why you get many of them.
