Clear Facebook Notifications

Facebook can send you notices by means of e-mail or text for practically every possible interaction on its website. The alerts can inform you if you've got a brand-new message, were pointed out in a post, tagged in a photo or talk about your wall; among other things. You'll also see these interactions when you log in to Facebook. If you wish to eliminate specific alerts, you can opt out by editing your notice settings. Pop-up notifications that appear while you're logged in can be deleted immediately , Clear Facebook Notifications.
1. Open the Facebook app. It's the white "F" on a blue background icon. If you're logged in, doing so will open your News Feed.
2. Tap the world icon. It's at the top of the screen. Doing so will open your recent alerts.
3. Tap and hold an alert. You must see a context menu with Hide alert pop up after about a 2nd.
4. Tap Hide notice. Doing so will eliminate the notice from your recent notifications menu and the activity log.

3. Swipe left on an alert. Doing so will bring up the Hide choice to the right of the alert.
4. Tap Hide. Doing this will eliminate the alert from your Facebook activity log; you'll not see it when you tap the world icon.
You can duplicate this process for each notice you want to clear.

2. Click the alerts globe. It's in the top right side of the screen. Doing so will open a drop-down menu of your recent Facebook notice.
3. Hover your cursor over a notice. You need to see a "..." icon and a small circle appear on the ideal side of the notification's box.
4. Click the "..." button. You'll see this in the top right corner of the individual alert's box.
5. Click Hide this notification. It's on the ideal side of the screen. Doing so will promptly remove the alert from the world icon menu and avoid it from appearing once again when you open the Recent Alerts menu later on. Clear Facebook Notifications
On the Mobile App (Android).
1. Open the Facebook app. It's the white "F" on a blue background icon. If you're logged in, doing so will open your News Feed.
- If you aren't already logged into Facebook, enter your e-mail address (or contact number) and password and tap Log In.
2. Tap the world icon. It's at the top of the screen. Doing so will open your recent alerts.

- For instance, if you want to eliminate a notice about a pal liking your status, you 'd position the mouse cursor over" [Name] likes your post: [Post]".
4. Click the "..." button. You'll see this in the top right corner of the individual alert's box.
5. Click Hide this notification. It's on the ideal side of the screen. Doing so will promptly remove the alert from the world icon menu and avoid it from appearing once again when you open the Recent Alerts menu later on.
