To produce a private Facebook group, produce the group and set the privacy to closed or secret, depending on your preference. Private Facebook Group, In a closed group, just present members can see exactly what is posted, but anyone can ask or be welcomed to sign up with, and anyone can see the group's name and members. A secret group is totally personal and members should be invited. See information in # 2 listed below.
Directions
1. Click the blue down arrow on top right of Facebook and select Create Group

Select your group preferences: enter your group name, include group members, then choose the privacy settings for your group (see Figure 2). For privacy setting information, click here.

- Click Create.
- When you produce your group, you customize it by publishing a cover image and including a description.
Other pointers.
1. Browse to Facebook.com and check in to your account.
2. Click the "Produce Group" alternative in the left sidebar on your Facebook homepage. If this option does not appear, click the blue "See All" link in the menu to expose the "Develop Group" choice.
3. Type a name for your new group into the "Group Name" field.
4. Enter the names of Facebook good friends and contacts that you desire to invite to the secret group in the "Members" input field. Just the friends that you invite will be able to see and access the group.
5. Click the "Personal privacy" pull-down menu at the bottom of the dialog box and choose "Secret." Click the blue "Develop" button to produce your secret Facebook group.
