I don't know how or why it started, I just want it to stop. The previous couple months, I've begun to receive alerts about random pals' activity on Facebook "How Do I Disable Facebook Notifications". It says something like, "Brenda published a picture," to which I'm scratching my head wondering, "and why do I care exactly what Brenda who I understood in 5th grade and have not seen because did?" - Open the Facebook app on your iPhone, and go to the profile of the friend you don't wish to receive notices for.
- Tap on Pal.
- Tap Edit Pal Notes.
- Select Acquaintances.
- Tap Done.
